BUG FIX
- Fixed crash when reading files with non-UTF-8 encoded EXIF metadata
  Affected: Sony ARW and other RAW formats with Latin-1 encoded metadata
  strings (e.g. lens names, camera descriptions).
  Invalid bytes are now replaced gracefully instead of crashing the app.
